Pig on the Beach Window Repair

Sherriff Stained Glass Specialists were called into action when a gust of wind damaged an original leaded light and wooden frame to one of the rooms at the Pig on the Beach Hotel, Studland, Dorset. We removed the wooden frame and leaded light to our workshop where we remade the frame using Accoya timber and finished in satin white. We catalogued the glass before carefully removing the damaged lead work before rebuilding using new lead cames. We then visited the hotel to refit the new wooden frame and re-leaded panel.
